Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Only what the product needs to run: your account email, your saved-search criteria, your scoring settings and weights, and anonymized usage counts like digests opened and drafts created. Upwork content is read through the official OAuth connection you approve, never by scraping or credential sharing.

2. What we never collect

We never see or store your Upwork messages, contracts, payouts, or login credentials. We never train shared models on your content, and we never mix one user's data into another's.

3. How long we keep it

Cached job content is deleted within 24 hours. Delivered digest output is deleted within 30 days, in line with API terms. Your settings stay until you change or delete them.

4. Deletion on request

Disconnect Upwork any time to stop new reads. Delete your account to remove your settings and history, or write to us and we will confirm deletion within [30 days]. Deletion is real, not a hidden flag.

We do not sell your data and show no ads. Your information is never used to market to you beyond rare product emails you can leave with one click.

6. Third parties

A small set of providers touches limited data to keep the lights on: [Google auth] for sign in, [email delivery provider] for magic links and digests, and [hosting provider] for servers. Each sees only what its job requires.

7. Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and we will respond within [30 days]. You can also export your voice file yourself at any time.
