1. Cookies today: almost none
Lodestar sets no tracking cookies right now. The banner on our site saves only your stated preference, on your own device, so we stop asking. When that changes, this page changes first.
2. The three kinds
| Kind | Examples | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Login session, cookie choice, load balancing | On. The site cannot run without these. |
| Preference | Theme (light or dark), digest time display | Your call. Refusing only resets cosmetic choices. |
| Analytics | [Analytics provider, if any] | Placeholder. Off until we name a provider here and ask first. |
3. How to control them
- Use the banner choice any time: clear site data for this domain in your browser and the banner returns.
- Block cookies in your browser settings. Strictly necessary ones may limit sign in.
- Write to us and we will confirm what, if anything, is stored for your account.
4. Contact
